About meI launch card programs, wallets and multi-currency banking.
I'm Saad Salman, a fintech product manager based in Lahore, Pakistan. I lead program management at Keep Technologies, a Toronto fintech, where I run the corporate card program end to end: Mastercard as the network, PTC as the sponsor bank and i2c as the processor, plus the wallets, physical cards and expense tooling built on top of it.
Before Keep I spent a year consulting on card programs for startups and scale-ups in the UK, the EU and MENAP, and two years at i2c on the processor side, doing the L2/L3 support and client implementations that teach you what a card network will and won't allow. Along the way I've launched 20+ financial products, from a co-branded prepaid card for AS Roma to a migration of six million gift cards in New Zealand.
I also consult independently on card program strategy, processor and network selection and payments roadmaps, and I write here about payments, fintech in emerging markets and building products in public.
