Where I've worked
I'm Saad Salman, a fintech product manager in Lahore. Three employers, one thread: getting card programs from a signed contract to a card that works. Keep Technologies today, where I lead program management. HypeFin before that, consulting on around ten card programs. i2c before that, on the processor side, where I learned what a network will and won't allow.

Keep Technologies
- Launched Keep's card program end to end with Mastercard (network), PTC (sponsor bank) and i2c (processor), then shipped digital wallets and physical cards printed by G&D.
- Scaled the program to around $750M in gross TPV, roughly 20K physical cards shipped and 8K active digital wallets.
- Managed the product roadmaps that helped grow the program toward $26M ARR.
- Shipped 3DS, ABU and NVS, and drove new card policies, network compliance and feature improvements.
- On the cards team, launched Keep Travel, letting members spend Keep rewards on travel booked through Duffel, with more than $1M booked through it.
- Built expense management on Rutter and launched automatic QuickBooks Online bank feeds.
- Ran business analysis on more than 150 new requirements, designing the solutions behind new product launches and streamlining existing systems.
- Led a team of five to deliver 10 projects on time and under budget.
- Led the exploration of B2B offerings, opening new revenue streams.
- Built AI-generated prototypes to validate proof of concepts with stakeholders before committing engineering effort.

- Owned partner and processor integrations across ~10 startup and scale-up card programs in the UK, EU and MENAP.
- Connected clients including Pomelo Pay, Pozitive Payments and SimpliFi to their card processors and networks.
- Acted as the liaison between stakeholders, delivering successful product roll-outs and 95% customer satisfaction.
- Launched co-branded prepaid cards for AS Roma and Wolverhampton with the RepX group.

i2c Inc
- Handled L2/L3 engineering support and client implementations on i2c's card-processing platform.
- Launched Crypto.com's prepaid card in the EU and Canada, with i2c as the card processor.
- Migrated 6 million gift cards from Kiwibank's Prezzy Card to epay after its acquisition.
- Managed and tracked issues with an average resolution time of two business days.
