Overview

On the cards team I launched Keep Travel, which lets members spend their Keep rewards on travel booked through Duffel. Members search flights, pick a fare and pay with points, their Keep card, or a split of the two, without leaving the Keep dashboard.

More than $1M has now been booked through it. The number that tells me it works is the repeat rate: over a third of the businesses that book once come back and book again.
