Case studies
I build and ship card and payment programs, and most of that work is the part users never see. Before anyone taps a card once, an asset manager, a processor, a card network and a sponsor bank all have to agree, integrate and go live together. Coordinating that machine, safely and on schedule, is the job.
These are programs I have run across Canada, the UK, the EU, MENAP and New Zealand, for startups and scale-ups. Each one started as the same kind of problem: a company that wanted to move money in a new way and needed the system behind it built and launched. The summaries below are the short version.
Selected work
Keep Card Program
CanadaI run the card program end to end at Keep, wiring together Mastercard as the network, PTC as the sponsor bank and i2c as the processor. Getting four parties to agree, integrate and go live together is most of the work. Digital wallets and physical cards are live for customers.

Keep Travel
CanadaKeep Travel lets customers spend their rewards on real trips, with booking handled through Duffel. I took it from idea to a working redemption flow that turns points into flights and hotels. Bookings are nearing $1M.

Keep Expense Management
CanadaI built Keep's expense management on top of Rutter so businesses can see and control spend in one place. The next step is automatic QuickBooks Online bank feeds, so the numbers reconcile where finance teams already work.

REPX: The Reputation Exchange
EU · UKREPX puts a co-branded prepaid card in the hands of football fans. I ran the program that launched cards for Wolverhampton and AS Roma, aligning each club's brand with the compliance and scheme work underneath. It lifted brand recognition and fan loyalty by around 15%.

SimpliFi
MENAPSimpliFi is a Cards-as-a-Service platform across the Middle East and Pakistan. I managed the rollout that stood up three multi-currency card products, working through the regional differences in rails, regulation and currency that make MENAP a set of distinct markets rather than one.

Pozitive Payments
UKFor Pozitive Payments, an SME-focused UK fintech, I ran an acquiring and issuing programme end to end, from onboarding through settlement. The aim was a payments stack their small-business customers could rely on, and it contributed roughly a 25% lift in revenue.

epay (Euronet)
New Zealandepay, part of Euronet, is New Zealand's largest prepaid and gift card distributor. I led a migration that moved their gift card program without dropping partners or transactions. Six million gift cards migrated across.

Crypto.com
EU · CanadaI led a prepaid card launch for Crypto.com with i2c as the processor, bridging a digital-asset business to card rails in a way the network and compliance could both accept. The card went live in the EU and Canada.
